Acest subproiect face parte din schema de granturi pentru licee, derulat\u0103 \u00een cadrul Proiectului privind \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul Secundar &#8211; ROSE&nbsp;(<a href=\"http:\/\/proiecte.pmu.ro\/web\/guest\/rose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link site<\/a>), proiect finan\u021bat conform acordului de \u00eemprumut \u00eentre Guvernul Rom\u00e2niei \u0219i Banca Interna\u021bional\u0103 pentru Reconstruc\u021bie \u0219i Dezvoltare.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Categoriile de activit\u0103\u021bi eligibile din subproiect sunt grupate astfel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Activit\u0103\u021bi pedagogice \u0219i de sprijin<\/li><li>Activit\u0103\u021bi extracurriculare<\/li><li>Activit\u0103\u021bi de renovare \u0219i dotare<\/li><li>Activit\u0103\u021bi de management<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activit\u0103\u021bile 1,2 \u0219i 3 reprezint\u0103 punctele principale ale proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00cen data de 5 octombrie, cu ocazia activit\u0103\u021bilor derulate sub egida \u201dZilei Educa\u021biei\u201d, conduc\u0103torul unit\u0103\u021bii, care este \u0219i coordonatorul de proiect, Director F\u0103nica Tudoran, le-a prezentat elevilor graficul activit\u0103\u021bilor pedagogice \u0219i de sprijin \u0219i ale activit\u0103\u021bilor extracurriculare, \u00eendemn\u00e2ndu-i s\u0103 intre \u00een competi\u021bia pentru selec\u021bia grupurilor \u021bint\u0103 de elevi prev\u0103zute \u00een proiect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cenregistrarea acestui eveniment o pute\u021bi accesa la urm\u0103torul&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=0B9L2YFdwMjM0cExYeE1icU9HNW8\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u0162ILE PROIECTULUI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activit\u0103\u021bile se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een s\u0103lile de clas\u0103 din incinta \u0219colii&nbsp; amenajate cu echipamente multimedia achizi\u021bionate prin proiect \u0219i cele existente. Activit\u0103\u021bile din afara \u0219colii se vor realiza la institu\u021biile partenere conform descrieriilor prezentate la fiecare tip de activitate \u0219i cu resursele specificate.Categoriile de activit\u0103\u021bi eligibile din subproiect sunt grupate astfel :<br><strong>I.<\/strong><strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aI PEDAGOGICE \u0218I DE SPRIJIN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I.1.&nbsp;&nbsp; Desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bilor integrate la nivelul grupului \u021bint\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I.1. 1 Activit\u0103\u021bi de selec\u021bie a grupului \u021bint\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I. 1. 1.1&nbsp; Analiza profilului \u0219colar al elevilor; grupare pe categorii de formabili (rezultate foarte bune\/medii\/de nivel scazut-&nbsp; chestionare);&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I 1.1.2 Realizarea unui raport de diagnoz\u0103 \u0219i de evaluare ini\u021bial\u0103(progres \u0219colar, profilul elevilor) a grupului \u021bint\u0103 \u0219i selec\u021bia acestora pe activit\u0103\u021bi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I.1.1.3 . Realizarea \u00eenregistr\u0103rii&nbsp;&nbsp; indicatorilor \u0219i formarea grupelor de elevi (10 \u2013 15 elevi )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I.1.1.4 Stabilirea sesiunilor pe materii de preg\u0103tire remedial\u0103: limba \u0219i literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103, matematic\u0103, fizic\u0103, biologie, discipline tehnice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I.2 Activit\u0103\u021bi de consiliere psihopedagogic\u0103 .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura activit\u0103\u021bi modulare cu grupe de 10-15 elevi din grupul \u021bint\u0103 al proiectului din clasele IX-XII, \u00een sesiuni de 2 ore bilunar &#8211; 10 luni pe an \u0219colar \u2013 pentru clasa a XII-a \u0219i pentru clasele IX-XI 2 ore lunar timp de 8 luni,av\u00e2nd ca teme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modulul 1 &#8211; Autocunoa\u015ftere \u015fi dezvoltare personal\u0103-<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00een cadrul acestui modul se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura activit\u0103\u021bi av\u00e2nd ca obiectiv: familiarizarea elevilor cu conceptul de&nbsp;<em>autocunoa\u015ftere<\/em>, definit ca fiind un proces de explorare \u015fi integrare a informa\u0163iilor referitoare la caracteristicile personale \u00een scopul structur\u0103rii imaginii de sine. Activit\u0103\u021bile const\u0103 \u00een exerci\u021bii practice cu fi\u0219e de lucru, chestionare, joc de rol, studii de caz, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modulul 2 &#8211; Comunicare \u015fi rela\u0163ionare interpersonal\u0103<\/strong>&#8211; \u00een cadrul acestui modul se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura &nbsp;activit\u0103\u021bi av\u00e2nd ca obiective: s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103&nbsp; practice diferitele forme de comunicare; \u00een\u0163elegerea caracteristicilor \u015fi a consecin\u0163elor comportamentelor pasiv, agresiv, asertiv, precum \u015fi a rela\u0163iei dintre acestea; identificarea modalit\u0103\u0163iilor eficiente de comunicare \u00een situa\u0163ii conflictuale; s\u0103 identifice abilit\u0103\u021bi, cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i atitudini pe care vor avea nevoie s\u0103 le dezvolte pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 acelor schimb\u0103ri. Activit\u0103\u021bile const\u0103 \u00een exerci\u021bii practice cu fi\u0219e de lucru, chestionare, joc de rol, studii de caz, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modulul 3 &#8211; Managementul informa\u0163iei \u015fi al \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii<\/strong>&#8211; \u00een cadrul acestui modul se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura activit\u0103\u021bi av\u00e2nd ca obiective: s\u0103 con\u0219tientizeze factorii motiveaza studiul; identificarea stilurilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare&nbsp; \u0219i strategiilor utilizate \u00een cadrul stilurilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare; con\u015ftientizarea modului \u00een care este utilizat timpul \u0219i deprinderea de&nbsp; utilizare eficient\u0103&nbsp; a&nbsp; momentelor&nbsp; dedicate \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii; identificarea metodelor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are specifice diferitelor tipuri de materii&nbsp; \u0219i dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor de luare eficient\u0103 a noti\u0163elor; deprinderea unui mod eficient de citire con\u0219tientizarea importan\u021bei \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii \u0219i a modului cum s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be; identificarea rolului tehnologiei informatice \u0219i de comunicare \u00een sus\u021binerea activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i a aspectelor care influen\u021beaz\u0103 prelucrarea informa\u021biei;&nbsp;<strong>analiza rolului tehnologiei informatice \u015fi de comunicare \u00een sus\u0163inerea activita\u0163ilor \u015fcolare<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0219i \u00eensu\u0219irea unor tehnici de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare eficient\u0103 \u0219i a unor metode de selectare a informa\u021biei. Activit\u0103\u021bile const\u0103 \u00een exerci\u021bii practice cu fi\u0219e de lucru, chestionare, joc de rol, studii de caz, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modulul 4 &#8211;\u00a0 Planificarea carierei<\/strong>&#8211; \u00een cadrul acestui modul se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura\u00a0 activit\u0103\u021bi av\u00e2nd ca obiective: cunoa\u0219terea etapelor procesului decizional \u00eensu\u0219irea unor cun\u0219tin\u021be, ce este decizia \u0219i \u00een ce const\u0103 procesul de luare a deciziei; formularea unor scopuri legate de munc\u0103 \u015fi carier\u0103 \u0219i procesarea informa\u021biilor pentru planificarea carierei; crearea planului personal de carier\u0103 \u0219i familiarizarea elevilor cu principalele etape ale planific\u0103rii carierei; crearea unui plan lunar \u00een vederea atingerii obiectivelor de carier\u0103 \u0219i crearea unei agende zilnice \u00een vederea \u00eendeplinirii fiec\u0103rui obiectiv de carier\u0103; con\u0219tientizarea leg\u0103turii dintre comportament \u0219i consecin\u021be, decizia de acum privind cariera \u0219i viitorul de m\u00e2ine. Activit\u0103\u021bile const\u0103 \u00een exerci\u021bii practice cu fi\u0219e de lucru, chestionare, joc de rol, studii de caz, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modulul 5 &#8211; Stil de via\u0163\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos<\/strong>&#8211; &#8211; \u00een cadrul acestui modul se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura activit\u0103\u021bi av\u00e2nd ca obiective: elevii vor fi capabili s\u0103 identifice resursele timpului liber,\u00a0 s\u0103 aprecieze timpul liber ca prieten sau du\u015fman, s\u0103-\u015fi \u00eembun\u0103ta\u0163easc\u0103 organizarea \u015fi folosirea timpului liber, con\u015ftientizarea avantajelor \u015fi dezavantajelor pe care ni le ofer\u0103 televizorul; identificarea celor mai frecvente surse de stres din viata elevilor; \u2022\u00eenl\u0103turarea unor tipuri de g\u00e2ndire disfunc\u021bionale care stau la baza anxiet\u0103\u021bii de examen; s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 c\u00e2t este de important pentru\u00a0ei ca \u015fi consumatori \u015fi s\u0103 se informeze asupra\u00a0 unui produs \u00eenainte de \u015fi-l cump\u0103ra; s\u0103 exploreze argumentele pro \u015fi contra pentru diversele stiluri de via\u0163\u0103. Activit\u0103\u021bile const\u0103 \u00een exerci\u021bii practice cu fi\u0219e de lucru, chestionare, joc de rol, studii de caz, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; Planificarea activit\u0103\u021bilor de orientare \u0219i consiliere; Derularea de activit\u0103\u021bi de orientare \u0219i consiliere<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; Centralizarea elevilor care au participat la activit\u0103\u021bi de consiliere<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; Realizarea fi\u0219ei de lucru pentru verificarea \u00eendeplinirii indicatorului de rezultat<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I.3&nbsp; Activit\u0103\u021bi remediale \u0219i de sprijin (preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103) \u00een cadrul programului educativ integrat de dezvoltare a competen\u021belor cheie pentru promovarea examenului de bacalaureat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I.3.1 Activit\u0103\u021bi de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 pentru promovarea examenului de&nbsp; bacalaureat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Activitatea const\u0103 \u00een preg\u0103tirea suplimentar\u0103 pentru promovarea examenului de &nbsp;bacalaureat a &nbsp;60 de elevi de clasa a XI \u2013a \u0219i a XII-a \u0219i 30 de ccopii din clasele IX, X din grupul \u021bint\u0103, organiza\u0163i \u00een 4&nbsp; grupe ( 10-15 elevi), cu implicarea a 5 cadre didactice din \u0219coal\u0103(rom\u00e2n\u0103, matematic\u0103, fizic\u0103, biologie, informatic\u0103) \u0219i un consilier \u0219colar. Programul de preg\u0103tire se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 pe componenta cea mai important\u0103 de formarea a competen\u0163elor cheie de bacalaureat, la limba \u015fi literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103, matematic\u0103 \u0219i disciplina pentru proba D-&nbsp; biologie, fizic\u0103( (2&nbsp; ore pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 la fiecare&nbsp; disciplin\u0103). De asemenea, elevii vor fi consilia\u0163i \u015fi orienta\u0163i \u00een alegerea studiilor ulterioare, respectiv a profesiei, \u00een func\u0163ie de \u00eenclina\u0163ii, aptitudini \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i personale (2 ore de consiliere psihopedagogic\u0103 la dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni). Ultima component\u0103 din etapa de preg\u0103tire este cea de evaluare a performan\u0163elor, care se va desf\u0103\u015fura la \u00eenceputul preg\u0103tirii, pe parcurs \u015fi final, c\u00e2te 2 ore pentru fiecare tip de evaluare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cadrul activit\u0103\u0163ii, echipe de profesori din \u0219coal\u0103&nbsp; \u015fi consilierul \u0219colar vor&nbsp; desf\u0103\u015fura programul de preg\u0103tire suplimentare a elevilor organiza\u0163i \u00een grupe de aproximativ&nbsp; 10- 15&nbsp; elevi, cu orar stabilit la nivelul unit\u0103\u0163ii, \u00een toate zilele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii, inclusiv s\u00e2mb\u0103ta, dup\u0103 caz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sesiunile de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 a elevilor vor&nbsp; alterna cu sesiuni de consiliere psihopedagogic\u0103, acestea av\u00e2nd rol de suport \u00een scopul orient\u0103rii lor \u015fcolare \u015fi profesionale \u015fi al dezvolt\u0103rii de competen\u0163e cheie privind managementul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii, organizarea timpului, managementul stresului etc. Pe parcursul derul\u0103rii programului vor avea&nbsp; loc evalu\u0103ri ale progresului elevilor din grupul \u0163int\u0103 \u015fi monitoriz\u0103ri ale modului de implementare a serviciului educa\u0163ional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00cen prima parte a programului profesorii&nbsp; \u015fi elevii vor fi&nbsp; instrui\u0163i \u00een privin\u0163a modalit\u0103\u0163ilor de lucru de tip e-lerning, care vor&nbsp; stimula \u015fi dirija \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area elevilor, ace\u015ftia put\u00e2nd folosi acest tip de lucru at\u00e2t \u00een timpul procesului didactic c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area autonom\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pe termen lung, elevii ce parcurg programa de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 descris\u0103 mai sus, vor beneficia de o adaptabilitate sporit\u0103 la diverse contexte de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, put\u00e2nd s\u0103 finalizeze \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul liceal, s\u0103&nbsp; promoveze examenul de bacalaureat&nbsp; asigur\u00e2ndu-se, dup\u0103 finalizarea studiilor, o inser\u021bie facil\u0103 \u0219i de durat\u0103 pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i chiar trecerea la \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul universitar ce corespunde cel mai bine profilului lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construc\u021bia programului educa\u021bional de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 \u0219i psihopedagogic\u0103 a elevilor pentru promovarea cu succes a examenelului de bacalaureat se va face \u00een func\u021bie de rezultatele \u0219colare, analiza profilului \u0219colar al elevilor, gruparea lor pe categorii de formabili; \u00eenscrierea elevilor \u00een program; stabilirea grupelor de lucru, realizarea materialelor suport (proceduri, fi\u0219e de lucru, fi\u0219e \u0219i instrumente de evaluare, fi\u0219e de consiliere psihopedagogic\u0103, precum \u0219i a unor teste de cuno\u0219tin\u021be, preteste \u0219i post-teste de evaluare \u0219i a orarului de activit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Identificarea\/definierea factorilor care pot contribui la prevenirea abandonului \u0219colar, cre\u0219terea randamentului \u0219colar \u00een vedrea finaliz\u0103rii ciclului liceal cre\u0219terea procentului de promovabilitate a examenului de bacalaureat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Consultarea cadrelor didactice, elevilor, p\u0103rin\u021bilor, actori relevan\u021bi \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu specificul realiz\u0103rii unui program educa\u021bional de sprijin la nivelul \u0219colii pentru elevii din ciclul liceal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;Selec\u021bia profesorilor de educa\u021bie \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i a consilierilor \u0219colari care vor fi implica\u021bi \u00een programul de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 pentru bacalaureat \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea competen\u021belor profesionale ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; &nbsp;Stabilirea unui program\/grafic&nbsp; care s\u0103 con\u0163in\u0103 urm\u0103toarele informa\u0163ii: profesorii responsabili cu preg\u0103tirea suplimentar\u0103 a fiec\u0103rei grupe de elevi, componen\u0163a&nbsp; grupelor de elevi, programarea acestor \u00eent\u00e2lniri\/medita\u0163ii, dar \u015fi a activit\u0103\u0163ilor extracurriculare \/activit\u0103\u0163ilor informale<br>&#8211; Desf\u0103\u015furarea propriu-zis\u0103 a preg\u0103tirii suplimentare a elevilor .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Evaluarea ini\u0163ial\u0103, intermediar\u0103 \u015fi final\u0103 \u00een vederea stabilirii progresului \u00eenregistrat de elevii care au beneficiat de activit\u0103\u0163ile de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 desf\u0103\u015furate \u00een cadrul proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evalu\u0103rile se vor realiza conform unor teste \u00eentocmite de fiecare profesor, dar \u0219i pe platformele e-learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; &nbsp;Construc\u021bia&nbsp; materialelor&nbsp; suport ale programului&nbsp; (proceduri, fi\u0219e de lucru, fi\u0219e \u0219i instrumente de evaluare, fi\u0219e de consiliere psihopedagogic\u0103, orar, fi\u0219e de evaluare, teste de cuno\u0219tin\u021be, preteste \u0219i posteste de evaluare, etc), cump\u0103rarea de rechizite, c\u0103r\u021bi, reviste, culegeri, etc.<br>&#8211;&nbsp; Amenajare \u0219i dotare s\u0103lilor&nbsp; de curs( calculatoare, videoproiectoare, imprimante multifunc\u021bionale, consumabile)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Evaluarea final\u0103 a&nbsp; serviciului educa\u021bional de preg\u0103tire suplimentar\u0103 \u0219i psihopedagogic\u0103 prin teste \u2013 model examen bacalaureat(simulare)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Monitorizare: fi\u0219e de prezen\u021b\u0103, rapoarte\u2013 model examen bacalaureat(simulare)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Activitatea I.3.2&nbsp;&nbsp; Elevi dezbateri &#8211; \u00eencrez\u0103tori \u00een succes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pentru a dezvolta la elevii din grupul \u0163int\u0103 personalitatea&nbsp; s\u0103 le dezvolt\u0103m puterea argument\u0103rii&nbsp; prin men\u0163inerea punctului de vedere bazat pe&nbsp; cercet\u0103ri, exemplific\u0103ri \u015fi sinteze colaterale din diferite domenii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Aceast\u0103 activitate va \u00eencuraja elevii s\u0103 se \u00eenscrie \u00een num\u0103r mare la examenul de bacalaureat \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e intens \u00eencrez\u0103tori \u00een succes ridic\u00e2nd procentul promovabilit\u0103\u0163ii la examenul de bacalaureat, dar va reduce \u015fi rata absenteismului care este \u00een cre\u015ftere \u015fi induce un risc crescut de abandon \u015fcolar. Grupul \u021bint\u0103 va fi preg\u0103tit \u00een arta dezbaterii o or\u0103 pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de c\u0103tre profesorul desemnat de echipa de proiect. Elevii pentru o mai bun\u0103 instruc\u0163ie \u00een dezbatere vor beneficia de minim 2 traininguri (op\u0163ional) din partea ARDOR, care se va deplasa la solicitarea \u015fcolii \u00een incinta acestora. Dup\u0103 preg\u0103tirea s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal\u0103 a elevilor, 3 elevi, din cei care sunt cei mai bine preg\u0103ti\u0163i, \u00eenso\u0163i\u0163i de un profesor instructor,&nbsp; vor participa la concursul organizat \u00eentre \u015fcolile participante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Concursul \u015fi loca\u0163ia concursului care va dura 2 zile \u015fi se va organiza la 3 luni, deci de trei ori pe an. Se vor selecta cei mai buni elevi din cei care au participat&nbsp; la activitatea anterioar\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de profil\/specializ\u0103ri \u0219i se vor forma grupe de lucru de 10-15 elevi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cadrul componentei op\u021bionale &#8211;&nbsp; activit\u0103\u021bile&nbsp; au \u00een vedere organizarea de experien\u021be de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een medii formale \u0219i nonformale cu rol de a oferi elevilor posibilitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare activ\u0103 \u0219i motivant\u0103 \u00een cadrul unor vizite tematice, proiecte de studii care s\u0103 implice \u0219i partenerii, \u00een scopul form\u0103rii de competen\u021be specializate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activit\u0103\u021bile const\u0103 \u00een&nbsp; realizarea unor proiecte folosind tehnologii moderne IT, concursuri, vizite\/excursiii de studiu \u0219i documentare cu tema \u201dPaleta meseriilor\u201d .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activit\u0103\u021bile vor fi coordonate de profesori de discipline tehnologice( pe specializ\u0103ri), \u0219i se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura trimestrial la sf\u00e2r\u0219it de s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 s\u00e2mb\u0103ta sau duminica dup\u0103 caz c\u00e2te 4 ore( dou\u0103 sesiuni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concursurile se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura anual \u0219i vor implica at\u00e2t elevii din \u0219coal\u0103 c\u00e2t \u0219i cei din \u0219colile partenere(realizarea de parteneriate cu \u0219coli de profil ) participante \u00een proiectul Rose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vizitele \/excursiile de studiu vor avea ca scop documentarea \u00een realizarea portofoliilor elevilor, a proiectelor precum \u0219i schimbul de bune practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se vor oragniza vizite\/excursii de studiu la agen\u021bii economici de profil din zon\u0103, la liceele tehnologice partenere c\u00e2t \u0219i la agen\u021bii economici ai \u0219colilor partenere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finalul activit\u0103\u021bilor pe fiecare an \u0219colar se vor realize concursuri \u00eentre liceele participante , prin teleconferin\u021b\u0103 unde vor fi prezentate portofoliile\/ proiectelor. Juriul va fi format din reprezentan\u021bi ai agen\u021bilor economici ai \u0219colilor implicate \u0219i profesorii coordonatori ai fiec\u0103rei unit\u0103\u021bi \u0219colare. Elevilor \u0219i profesorilor coordonatori li se vor acorda diplome \u0219i premii const\u00e2nd \u00eentr-o excursie de dou\u0103 zile la Sibiu &#8211; centru cultural European.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sustenabiliatea activit\u0103\u021bilor se va face prin realizarea unui site unde elevii din liceele participante vor comunica \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i vor publica portofoliile, vor face schimb de experien\u021be \u0219i bune practici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II.
